Rich colors & warm emotions emanate from each of Barbara's original paintings. She paints with the same passion she writes with, and often chooses subject matter reflecting her personal life. Her medium of choice is acrylics. Her work is often mistaken for either thickly-layered oils... or ironically, when she  washes them thinly across the canvas, whispery watercolors!
